ACTOR FEMI BRANCH CALLED OUT FOR UNPAID ₦1M LOAN SINCE 2011 NOW ALLEGEDLY WORTH ₦9.7M

Nollywood actor Femi Branch is facing public scrutiny following a resurfaced allegation of unpaid debt dating back over a decade.
In a post currently circulating on social media, a user accused the actor of borrowing ₦1 million in 2011 from her father, Mr. Akin Tolulope Komolafe, with an agreed interest of ₦50,000 per month. According to the claim, Branch has failed to repay the loan for over 13 years, and the accumulated amount now allegedly stands at ₦9.7 million.
“Dear @femibranch, my dad helped you out when you needed it most. You have refused to pay till date,” the post reads.
The accusation has sparked renewed conversation about the financial integrity of celebrities and the long-standing culture of unpaid personal debts within the entertainment industry.
So far, the actor has not responded to the allegation publicly.
