SOPHIA MOMODU SHARES HEARTWARMING CONVERSATION WITH DAUGHTER, IMADE ADELEKE

Sophia Momodu, Davido’s first baby mama, recently shared a touching moment with her daughter, Imade Adeleke, in a video posted on her Snapchat page. While styling Imade’s hair, Sophia engaged her in a meaningful conversation about kindness and the importance of being mindful of one’s words.

In the clip, Sophia posed thought-provoking questions to Imade, encouraging her to think critically about how she would respond to certain situations involving her classmates. The young girl’s answers showcased wisdom beyond her years.

Sophia emphasized a valuable life lesson she regularly teaches Imade: If someone can’t change something about themselves in two minutes, there’s no need to talk about it. She reinforced that not everything one notices needs to be spoken about.

During their conversation, Sophia asked:
“If someone in your class comes to school in a rumpled cloth, what would you say?”
Imade thoughtfully replied: “I wouldn’t say anything because they can’t change that about themselves in two minutes. They would feel self-conscious and hurt.”

Sophia continued:
“What if someone comes to class with yellow teeth?”
Imade responded: “They can’t change that in two minutes, and pointing it out could hurt their feelings and make them self-conscious.”

However, when Sophia asked what Imade would do if someone had food stuck in their teeth after lunch, she responded: “I would tell them because it’s something they can fix in two minutes.”

Sophia reaffirmed the lesson, saying, “If a person can’t change something about themselves in two minutes, we don’t talk about it. Not everything we see needs to be spoken about. But between you and me, we can share anything.”
