Nollywood veteran actor Dele Odule has taken to social media to address and dispel the false rumors circulating about his supposed death and alleged arrest. In a heartfelt video shared on Instagram, Odule expressed his disappointment and frustration over the baseless claims, which have caused unnecessary distress among his fans and followers.

The actor specifically called out a blogger for posting a photo of him with the caption “RIP,” emphasizing that such actions are not only disrespectful but also deeply hurtful. Odule reassured his supporters that he is alive, well, and in good health.

“There’s nothing wrong with me; I am very much alive. I don’t understand why someone would wish me dead. This is barbaric, uncalled for, and not fair,” he said in the video.

Odule also refuted another malicious rumor that falsely accused him of being arrested for child molestation. The rumor was accompanied by a manipulated image of him in handcuffs, which he vehemently denied. He questioned the motives behind such harmful allegations, asking, “For what? What is your problem? Are you alright? Don’t try to bring me down.”

The actor further emphasized his faith and resilience, stating, “If you come at me, you’re coming at God because you are not fighting me but God.”

Despite the challenges posed by these unfounded rumors, Odule expressed his gratitude to his fans for their unwavering support and concern. “I love you to bits. Thank you for being there always and for your concern about my well-being. I really appreciate it. God bless you,” he concluded.
