ACTRESS BAMBAM CALLS OUT FOR HELP OVER SU!CIDAL MOTHER
Actress Bambam has taken to Instagram to share a deeply emotional story of how she saved a suicidal mother of three.
The woman, a Malawian, was on the verge of taking her own life due to her husband’s alleged infidelity and emotional abuse. According to Bambam, the man, who has multiple baby mamas, was deliberately tormenting her and making her feel helpless.
While on a movie set, Bambam intervened just in time after hearing cries from a nearby house. She discovered the woman attempting to hang herself from a GP tank, reportedly following her husband’s command to end her life.
In her heartfelt post, Bambam wrote:
“Please, for the safety of women, our mental health, and our children, I need recommendations for a rehabilitation center or someone trained to handle cases like this.
“I was on set when I heard a woman behind the house crying out. She had climbed a GP tank, tied a rope around her neck, and was ready to jump. She said her husband told her to kill herself. This poor woman is from Malawi, not Nigerian, and felt completely alone.
“Her husband, his two brothers, and his side chick were in the house with her three children—one still breastfeeding! This man has been using every means to frustrate her. Please, someone recommend a suicide watch mentor or center where we can take her and her kids. How did we lose our humanity?”
Bambam’s appeal prompted an outpouring of support during an Instagram live session.
