Why I got drunk during Jacuzzi Party – Maria

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Maria, stated the reason she got drunk during the Jacuzzi Party on Friday night.

She revealed this in a conversation with Cross on Saturday, in her words, she said she got drunk at the Jacuzzi party because she mixed her drinks.

It is important to note that Maria was assisted out of the garden by Liquorose and Cross when she couldn’t walk well due to her drunken state.

However, she revealed to Cross that she didn’t even know that she would get drunk till she actually got drunk.

Cross also told her that he was surprised that she got drunk at the party.

He said, “Yesterday was fun. I didn’t even know that you were ‘there’. I thought you were okay.”

She continued, “It’s because I mixed my drinks. So it wasn’t good.” Maria went on to list the drinks she had, including Smirnoff and cocktails.

Cross answered, “Maybe that’s why. I didn’t even know that you were ‘gone’.”

Maria then said that she’s still feeling dizzy and that she’ll just eat some food and go back to sleep.

“I’m still ‘there’. I think I’ll just eat something and go back to sleep. Boy, this is embarrassing,” Maria exclaimed.
