MOSCOW CLINIC OFFERS FREE IVF WITH PAVEL DUROV’S SPERM, FUNDED BY THE BILLIONAIRE HIMSELF

A fertility clinic in Moscow is offering aspiring parents a rare opportunity — the chance to conceive a child using the sperm of tech billionaire and Telegram founder, Pavel Durov, entirely free of charge.

The AltraVita IVF Clinic, based in Moscow’s Akademicheskaya district, announced the initiative on its website, stating that Durov, one of Russia’s most prominent entrepreneurs, will personally fund the entire procedure for participants.

“Pavel Durov is willing to finance all the IVF protocols that use his sperm. It is a very generous contribution to society from someone who wants to help those dreaming of becoming parents,” the clinic’s statement reads.

AltraVita’s CEO, Sergei Yakovenko — a biophysics professor at Moscow State University and longtime friend of Durov — confirmed the offer in an interview with Russian broadcaster RTVI, noting the initiative is legitimate and aims to support couples facing fertility challenges.

Durov, 40, is already the biological father of six children from three partners but has disclosed that more than 100 children have been conceived using his sperm donations in over a dozen countries.

In a recent interview with France’s Le Point magazine, Durov also revealed that he has written a will, pledging his estimated £17 billion fortune to all of his children — both those conceived naturally and via donation.

“They are all my children and will all have the same rights,” he said.
“I don’t want them tearing each other apart after my death.”

However, Durov has placed a 30-year restriction on access to his wealth, stating that he wants his children to grow up independent.

“I want them to live like normal people, to build their lives on their own… not to be dependent on a bank account.”

The move has sparked global intrigue and debate over legacy, wealth, and the ethics of mass sperm donation — further cementing Durov’s reputation as a billionaire who lives by his own rules.
