ELON MUSK EXPRESSES REGRET OVER SOCIAL MEDIA ATTACKS ON PRESIDENT TRUMP

Tesla and SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk, has expressed regret over a series of controversial social media posts he made last week targeting U.S. President Donald Trump.

The tech billionaire had drawn widespread attention after describing the President’s tax reform bill as a “disgusting abomination,” sparking a heated exchange between the two influential figures.

The online feud escalated when Musk went further to suggest that Trump should be impeached. He also made unsubstantiated claims alleging that the U.S. government was withholding information regarding Trump’s ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Amid growing backlash and political tensions, Musk has since walked back his statements, acknowledging that some of his comments may have gone too far.

While he did not issue a formal apology, Musk noted that the tone and content of his posts were not in line with the kind of discourse he believes should shape public debate.

As of now, there has been no official response from the White House regarding Musk’s latest remarks.
