UCHE MONTANA OVERCOME WITH EMOTION AFTER AMVCA NOMINATION
Nollywood actress Uche Montana was overwhelmed with emotion after receiving a nomination for Best Lead Actress at the 11th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).
She earned the nod for her performance in Thin Line, competing in a tough category alongside Chioma Chukwuka (Seven Doors), Gbubemi Ejeye (Farmer’s Bride), Uzoamaka Onuoha (Agemo), Uzoamaka Aniunoh (Phoenix Fury), Hilda Dokubo (Wives on Strike 3), and Bimbo Ademoye (Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre).
Reacting to the news, Montana shared a heartfelt video on her Instagram story, shouting in excitement as she processed the recognition.
She expressed deep gratitude to Mercy Aigbe, the producer of Thin Line, for believing in her and giving her the opportunity to shine. She also appreciated the entire production team for their efforts in making the project a success.
