TOYIN LAWANI RECOUNTS TRAUMATIC WEEK AS DAUGHTER UNDERGOES BLOOD TRANSFUSION
Renowned Nigerian celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani of Tiannah Empire has opened up about a difficult week after her eldest daughter was hospitalized and required a blood transfusion.
In an emotional Instagram post, Toyin shared a video from the hospital, describing the experience as one of the most traumatic moments of her life. She used her ordeal to highlight the illusion of social media, noting that while engaging with fans online, she was privately battling one of her toughest challenges.
Reflecting on the experience, she expressed newfound appreciation for those who stood by her during her own past hospitalization. Grateful for her daughter’s recovery, Toyin thanked God and acknowledged the spiritual battles parents face when their children become targets.
“When the devil can’t get to you, he targets your children. Two blood transfusions, but we made it out. Thank God my baby is safe and sound. The Lord watches over us always.”
She also extended gratitude to her support system and everyone who checked in on her family, praying for God’s blessings upon them.
