QUEENETH HIBBERT FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST DESTINY ETIKO

Nollywood actress Queeneth Hilbert has officially responded to her colleague, Destiny Etiko, escalating their ongoing feud into a legal showdown.

It will be recalled that last week, Queeneth publicly accused Destiny of snatching people’s Odogwu, recalling how she allegedly took one of her exes from Benin—a man who drove a Benz. In response, Destiny, through her legal team, filed a ₦100 million defamation suit against Queeneth, demanding a retraction of her claims across all social media platforms. The suit also called for Queeneth to cease and desist from making any further false and defamatory statements.

Not backing down, Queeneth Hilbert has now taken legal action of her own. She filed an application to enforce her fundamental human rights, making it clear that she’s ready to fight back. Sharing a screenshot of the legal document on Instagram, she defiantly told Destiny:
“See you in court. Let’s do this.”

Despite the legal heat, Queeneth appeared unbothered over the weekend. She shared a cryptic post about how God blesses people in front of those who wish for their downfall. In another post, she flaunted her peace of mind, stating that “peace always reflects.”

Destiny Etiko’s History with Allegations

This isn’t the first time Destiny has faced accusations of being involved with other women’s men. Last year, she was linked to rumors that Omotola Ekeinde’s husband had bought her a luxury car. Denying the claims in an Instagram Live session, she insisted that every achievement she had was through her own hard work and that no man had ever sponsored her lifestyle.

A few years ago, Destiny was also rumored to have been in a relationship with Jack Rich, the CEO of Belema Oil, a married businessman. However, both Destiny and Jack denied the allegations, with Jack stating that he had never even met her before.

With legal actions now in motion, all eyes are on the court battle between Queeneth Hilbert and Destiny Etiko.
