KENYAN AIRWAYS UNDER FIR£ OVER MISTREATMENT OF NIGERIANS

Kenyan Airways is facing backlash following multiple reports of inhumane treatment of Nigerian passengers in Nairobi by its management.

One of the affected passengers, Ms. Omisore Gloria, recounted her ordeal after being denied boarding on a return flight from Manchester to Lagos via Nairobi. Despite holding a valid MAN-CDG-NBO-LOS ticket, she was left stranded at Nairobi’s airport for over 17 hours without any form of welfare, alongside other Nigerian travelers.

Ms. Gloria further revealed that she started her menstrual cycle during the wait but had no access to sanitary products, compounding the distressing experience.

Efforts to resolve the situation have reportedly been unsuccessful, with authorities now allegedly threatening to deport her back to Lagos.

The incident has sparked outrage on social media, with calls for accountability from Kenyan Airways and relevant aviation authorities.
