CRISTIANO RONALDO ADDRESSES MARRIAGE SPECULATIONS WITH GEORGINA RODRÍGUEZ

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez have been together since 2016, building a relationship that continues to fascinate fans worldwide. Despite their enduring love and growing family, the couple has yet to officially tie the knot, sparking ongoing speculation about their marital status.
In Season 1, Episode 1 of the Netflix docuseries “I Am Georgina”, released in 2022, the couple addressed their wedding plans, making it clear that marriage is a mutual decision based on the right timing.
Speaking in the series, Rodríguez, a successful model and entrepreneur, shared how their inner circle often teases her about marriage.
“They’re always joking about the wedding. ‘When is the wedding?’ Ever since Jennifer Lopez’s song The Ring came out, they’ve been singing it to me. But, well, this is not up to me,” she said.
Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, responded with a measured but confident stance on the matter.
“I always tell her [Gio] that when we get that click—like everything in our life, and she knows what I’m talking about—it will happen. It could be in a year, in six months, or even in a month. I’m 1000% sure it will happen.”
Despite never publicly confirming wedding plans, Ronaldo has occasionally referred to Rodríguez as his ‘wife’, fueling media speculation. During his Globe Soccer Awards acceptance speech in Dubai, the Portuguese football icon, now 40, referred to Rodríguez, 31, as his wife—sending fans into a frenzy over a possible secret wedding.
A FAMILY BUILT ON LOVE

The couple shares two daughters, Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda, while Rodríguez plays a maternal role to Ronaldo’s three other children: Cristiano Jr., and twins Eva and Mateo. Reports suggest that Rodríguez is legally registered as the mother of all five children, further solidifying her place in Ronaldo’s life and intensifying marriage expectations.
Currently residing in Saudi Arabia, where Ronaldo plays for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, the power couple continues to thrive. Yet, for millions of fans, the burning question remains: When will they make it official?
