SUPER FALCONS RETAIN 36TH SPOT IN FIFA RANKINGS, MAINTAIN AFRICAN SUPREMACY 

Nigeria’s senior women’s football team, the Super Falcons, have held their position at 36th in the latest FIFA global rankings, released on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Despite no movement in their global standing, they remain Africa’s top-ranked women’s football team, reinforcing their dominance on the continent.

Following Nigeria in Africa’s top five are South Africa, Morocco, Zambia, and Ghana.

On the global stage, the top 10 women’s teams in the latest FIFA ranking are:
