NAFDAC Confiscates N3 Billion Worth of Banned, Fake Cosmetics in Lagos

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has confiscated cosmetics valued at approximately N3 billion during enforcement operations in Lagos.
According to the agency, the seized products include banned and counterfeit cosmetic items allegedly discovered during raids across selected markets and warehouses. Officials say the operation forms part of ongoing efforts to protect consumers from harmful and substandard products.
