Afrobeats superstar Davido has continued his online outburst following the recent custody case involving his daughter, Imade, escalating the situation by dragging the son of Sophia Momodu’s lawyer into the controversy.
In a follow-up Instagram Story, Davido went beyond the lawyer, Belachukwu, to mention her son, Tosin Bee, who is known in the gospel music space. The singer wrote in a highly charged post:
“And she has a son… Tosin you will live long amen with the rubbish you dey sing… so your son na musician Bella Chukwu you no even get sense… make we help am useless people.”
The fresh outburst comes days after Davido publicly accused the lawyer of unprofessional conduct during the custody proceedings. He had earlier alleged that she crossed a red line by referencing his late son in court a moment he described as the “lowest blow” and deeply traumatic.
Davido had also claimed he dominated the legal arguments in court, insisting he only sought joint custody, not full custody, before ultimately withdrawing the case. According to him, no one truly won the battle except his daughter, whom he says will grow up knowing he fought for her.
The mention of Tosin Bee has further intensified reactions online, with fans and critics split over Davido’s emotional response. While many supporters argue the singer is acting out of deep pain and provocation, others have raised concerns about dragging third parties into an already sensitive family matter.
