Born on February 5, 1969, in Ikeja, Lagos State, Fathia Williams has spent decades shaping the landscape of Nigerian cinema with her extraordinary talent and dedication.

Over the years, Fathia has starred in, produced, and directed numerous impactful films, earning multiple prestigious awards, including the Africa Movie Academy Award for Most Outstanding Indigenous Actress and Best Actress at the Africa Movie Academy Awards. Her work in Iya Alalake also earned her Best Indigenous Language (Yoruba) at the AMVCA.
