DEOLA ART ALADE SHARES TESTIMONY OF CAR FIRE INCIDENT ON 3RD MAINLAND BRIDGE
Nigerian creative entrepreneur and wife of music star Darey Art Alade, Deola Art Alade, has shared a testimony of survival following a terrifying car fire incident that occurred on the 3rd Mainland Bridge in Lagos.
In an emotional Instagram post, Deola recounted how the vehicle went up in flames around 4 p.m. on [insert actual date], leaving it completely burnt to the ground. Thankfully, no lives were lost.
“It was a shocking and painful experience,” she wrote. “But we’re incredibly grateful that the driver made it out safely. No lives were lost, and that’s what truly matters.”
Reflecting on the incident, Deola emphasized the fleeting nature of material possessions and the importance of life itself. She shared the story not to seek sympathy, but to encourage those dealing with sudden loss, reminding them that “things can be replaced, lives cannot.”
“Moments like this remind us how quickly things can change,” she wrote. “We’re choosing to remain thankful to God for protection, for perspective, and for the quiet strength to keep going.”
She ended her post with a heartfelt message of gratitude to those who stopped to help at the scene, and a note of encouragement to anyone navigating loss or hardship: “We can rebuild. One breath, one prayer, one step at a time. We give thanks in all things.”
