ROTIMI AMAECHI WARNS APC AFTER ATTENDING ADC COALITION MEETING: “IF YOU DON’T STOP THEM NOW, YOU’LL START CRYING AGAIN”

In a dramatic political twist, former Minister of Transportation and ex-APC chieftain, Rotimi Amaechi, has issued a stern warning to his former party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), following his recent appearance at the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition meeting.

Speaking during an interview on Channels Television, Amaechi stated: “If you don’t stop them now, you’ll start crying again.”

The comment, widely interpreted as a warning to the ruling APC, comes days after Amaechi made headlines for attending a high-level opposition meeting where the ADC was formally adopted as the political platform for a new coalition of parties and stakeholders gearing up for the 2027 elections.

The statement has since sparked reactions across the political space, with many watching closely to see what next steps the former Rivers State governor will take as Nigeria’s 2027 political chessboard begins to form.
