19-YEAR-OLD HEALTHCARE WORKER FACES FELONY CHARGE FOR TW£RKING ON DISABLED

A Georgia healthcare worker is facing a felony charge after a TikTok video surfaced showing her twerking on the head of a disabled man.

Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, 19, of Loganville, has been charged with exploitation of a disabled person after authorities were alerted to the viral footage. In the video, Koiyan—dressed in scrubs and wearing a stethoscope—can be seen dancing inappropriately over the seated individual.

The Loganville Police Department launched an investigation after the clip gained widespread attention on social media.

“On January 23, 2025, the Loganville Police Department was made aware of a viral video posted to social media depicting a female dancing in a provocative manner above a disabled person,” authorities said in a statement.

Reports suggest Koiyan may have also filmed another video dancing with a man seated in a bathtub. While police continue investigating, no additional charges have been confirmed at this time.

Amid the backlash, Koiyan responded in a now-deleted video, claiming that the man in the viral clip was “very aware and comfortable” with her actions.

Koiyan remains in custody at Walton County Jail, as authorities investigate whether additional victims may be involved. Police believe she was employed at an in-home adult daycare program, though her licensing status remains unclear.

“This is still an ongoing investigation,” Loganville Police Chief Lowry said.
